AMIS 2022 / CONFERENCE FEE

Given the current exceptional circumstances impacting the world, and to help colleagues who wish to have their research presented at quality international events, the AMIS 2022 conference will accommodate an online attendance and paper presentation. The conference will be organized in a hybrid format, if allowed by the sanitary restrictions, or in a fully virtual format. Some costs are incurred for the organization of the conference, even remotely, particularly related to the setting up and maintenance of the conference website, producing the conference proceedings and the logistics management for the various online events. However, a conference fee of €25 will be charged per accepted paper, regardless the authorship base or composition (single or multiple co-authorship, PhD degree or not, or affiliation). We will automatically schedule all the accepted papers in the conference program, to be produced over the next period and communicated to all authors whose papers were accepted as soon as possible.

Presentation at the conference is conditional upon paying the 25 EUR per paper conference fee before May 21, 2022. We also ask all interested delegates (presenting and non-presenting authors and other attendants) to register for the conference. We will thereafter send the required information to join the sessions (via Zoom invitation links).

Certificates of presentation will be delivered electronically after the conference to all authors of accepted papers, by using the registration email addresses used by the submitting author upon registration. Since we do not have access to all the authors’ email addresses, we kindly ask the submitting author to disseminate the certificates to all the paper’s coauthors (we will use the information registered in the online system).

Those who want to attend the conference need to register for it, before May 21, 2022, via a dedicated link posted on the conference website and disseminated to AMIS contributors. Attendance without paper presentation is encouraged, but interested participants need to register by using the registration link posted onto the conference website.

All payments are to be made only electronically, via debit or credit card, by accessing the payment link via a secured connection, on each participant’s personal page, in the AMIS App. Access to the payment form is granted to registered users only, after logging in. Enter the AMIS App in order to register. Those who want to attend the conference need to register for the conference (see the “Submission procedure” page, in the “Authors” menu).

When the payment is complete, the corresponding invoice will be available for saving and printing in the AMIS App, after logging in as author.
